Satisfaction/Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will cheerfully accept it for exchange or refund within 30 days. Jewelry and packaging must be in unused condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

All jewelry is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship for one year. Liability is limited to repair or refund. Having said that, we want you to cherish your jewelry for many years, so if there is a mishap please contact us and we’ll see what we can do to help.


Shipping and handling is a flat rate of $6. Shipping on orders over $150 is complimentary. Shipping will be by USPS Insured Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Unless otherwise stated, items will ship within 2-3 days of ordering. Delivery may be expected within 2-3 days after shipping. International shipping is not yet available.

Sales Tax

Sales tax must be collected on all purchases delivered in New York State. Due to software limitations the sales tax may need to be manually adjusted once your order is placed. You will be notified if this is necessary.
